I liked doing the integer projects because we got to do whatever we wanted to show what we learned about integers. I learned how to add and subtract integers using to different methods. The number line and the counters methods. Next time I will probably spend more time on the projects because this Time finished it at the last minute. Today our class started using a digital protractor instead of normal ones. I like the digital one better because it gives you a question and you have to line the protractor up with the Vertex and measure how many degrees it is. I think it is easier to do it this way than
I learned how to convert
improper fractions into mixed numbers and convert mixed numbers to improper fractions. I also learned how to compare mixed numbers, improper fractions and proper fractions. I also learned how to draw fractions using diagrams, and centimetre cubes and pattern blocks. What I will do differently on the next test is reread my work to make sure that it is correct because even though I got 32 out of 36 I still could have done better so next time I will reread to make sure it is correct. |
